Our mission statement combines scientific excellence with responsibility for society, the region and the people on campus. We think about research and teaching in such a way that knowledge becomes concrete solutions for the future.

Climate-neutral by 2030 is our declared goal. To achieve this, we are systematically combining resources, mobility and development.
